Global House is a privately owned family business formed in September 2001 by Managing Director Stanley Eredia and his wife Tina, providing a range of services to both private and public sectors. Stanley has worked in the Railway Industry for the past 20 years carrying out such diverse roles as Protection Master for Finchpalm and Morsons to Managing large cleaning contracts for MTL London.

The Group’s Head Office is in Peckham, South East London. Global House supplies flexible business solutions to several London Councils, Transport for London, London Underground, and the railway infrastructure companies and their suppliers. 

The company’s aims for 2007 and beyond is to grow and develop its training programmes and expand into other business sectors. It will continue to deliver outstanding value to clients in all of its operations.

Global House Group has several divisions, each one supplying exceptional services within its own particular sector.

Global House Facility Management Ltd supplies and manages cleaning contracts in the transport, offices, Housing Associations, leisure and care homes sectors. One-off project works are also undertaken for a variety of customers. Global House Training Services provides in-house health and safety courses which are delivered to our own staff and others in our suite of state of the art training rooms. Global House Human Resources is the labour supply division.

Since becoming accredited by London Underground in 2005 to deliver their range of mandatory training courses, Global House Training Services has become firmly established in South East London as the main Accredited Training Provider. If you have to attend a mandatory training course because your job demands it, would you prefer the prescriptive chalk and talk method or would you prefer to learn in a stimulating environment where having fun is the order of the day but the learning is taken seriously. Jackie Pearce, Learning and Development Manager of Global House, who has an MSc in Training and Development, believes that most people would prefer the latter. ‘Our trainers deliver London Underground mandatory safety training courses in an inspired and relaxed manner using interactive SMART board technology that gives the learner the knowledge they require and the comfort of knowing that their needs will be fully met.

Being the only provider in South East London, Global House Training Services is building on its reputation as a leading supplier of London Underground accredited safety training. We have recently recruited Burt McLaughlin, formerly of TubeLines, whose vast knowledge of London Underground, was gained over 27 years. He learned everything connected with the track before becoming a trainer. Burt is highly skilled and experienced and is renowned throughout the industry for his diligence and concern for his delegates. He has been delivering up to Possession Master Train Movements courses for the last 12 years.

Since opening its doors last year Global House have successfully trained many people, initially beginning with fire courses delivered by John Bracher, and now since Burt’s arrival their portfolio has expanded into track courses. Testimonials received from the trainees have demonstrated the satisfaction received by them adding to the overall success of the ‘total learning experience’.
